An accounting position, for instance, often requires only a bachelor’s degree, whereas some professions may require a postgraduate education. Another factor that undergraduate students should take into account when deliberating on the choice between work and further education is their personal preferences. Some students may feel that preparing for the postgraduate entrance exam is too much pressure for them to handle during their final year of undergraduate studies.

When it comes time for university graduates to decide their next step in life, there is no right or wrong choice for everyone. Rather, each student must reach his or her own conclusion. By taking into consideration career goals and personal preferences, students can improve their chances of making an optimal choice.
